I am a psychotherapist with a masterās degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling. I help people navigate the wild rollercoaster of emotions, relationships, and lifeās general weirdness without resorting to interpretive dance.
A firm believer that healing doesnāt have to be boring, I bring humor, honesty, and a touch of nonconformity to the therapy room. Whether youāre untangling relationship knots or just trying to figure out why your brain refuses to cooperate, I am here to help, no judgment, just good therapy (and maybe a few existential jokes along the way).
I am EMDR trained, supporting clients in processing trauma, and building a stronger, steadier inner world. I have experience working with people of all ages and genders because, letās be honest, life doesnāt discriminate when it comes to throwing curveballs. My passion for working with and for people started young and hasnāt let up since, probably because humans are endlessly fascinating. I believe thereās always light at the end of the tunnel, even if sometimes itās just the glow of your phone at 3 AM. Life hands out lemons daily, and theyāre here to help you turn them into the juice that fuels resilience and inner strength. Using a person-centered approach and a mix of eclectic interventions tailored to each individual, I guide people through lifeās challenges.
Outside the therapy room, I am a nature lover, animal enthusiast, avid traveler, hiker, swimmer, and cultural explorer; if not helping people untangle their thoughts, befriending stray dogs or contemplating life from the top of a mountain. I am also a proud single mom to an amazing adult daughter, a Great Pyrenees who believes she run the house, and an orange cat with a superiority complex.

I am an Associate Therapist and have provided support to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families from diverse backgrounds. A significant part of my work has focused on adolescents and young adults who have experienced domestic violence and sex trafficking. In these roles, I have supported clients as they navigate the impacts of complex trauma, helping them build safety, resilience, and a sense of control over their own lives.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, solution- focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy. I believe healing happens when clients feel empowered and understood, so I integrate these modalities in a flexible and collaborative way. Treatment is always tailored to the individual, honoring their strengths, cultural background, and personal goals rather than relying on rigid or prescriptive methods.
As a mature female clinician, I bring both life experience and empathy into the therapeutic space. I returned to school later in life, which gives me a personal understanding of what it means to start over, face uncertainty, and pursue growth during times of transition. I am deeply passionate about helping people feel genuinely heard and seenāsomething many individuals have never experienced while simply trying to meet their most basic needs. Creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel valued is at the core of my work.

Often when life is nudging us toward growth, thereās a sense of a āgapā between where we are and where we want to be. I work with adolescents, transitional age youth, and adults in navigating the complexities of anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. I also work with couples to help bridge gaps in communication and conflict resolution. My goal is to work with you on your path towards a life that feels purposeful and grounded in what matters most to you, even when you are presented with challenges or external circumstances outside of your control.
I strive to create a space where you feel seen and any gaps you might be feeling are validated, while ensuring you feel supported in taking steps towards a life that is authentic to your values.
